How do I know my ring size? +

You can use our free printable ring size guide to measure at home. We offer sizes 4 through 12.5 in half-size increments. Tip: If you're between sizes, go up a half size.

What can I personalize on my ring? +

You can engrave up to 15 characters per ring — names, dates, short phrases, or special words. All text is stamped in lowercase letters as an intentional design choice. Want a heart? Type <3 in the personalization field. For dots between names, use a period.

How long does it take to make? +

Each ring is handcrafted to order, so please allow 1 to 3 weeks for creation. Shipping time is in addition to that. Need it faster? Expedited shipping (4–6 business days) is available for $9.90, or free on orders over $300.

What's your return policy? +

We offer a 30-day return policy from date of delivery. Because each ring is custom-made, personalized items can be returned for a gift card equal to 80% of the purchase price. Non-personalized items receive a full-value gift card. If we made an error, we'll remake it or issue a full refund.

What if my ring doesn't fit? +

If your ring doesn't fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Since each ring is custom-made, we'll issue a gift card for 80% of the purchase price, which you can use to reorder the correct size. If we made an error, we'll remake it at no cost. Tip: If you're between sizes, go up a half size — it's easier to wear a slightly loose ring than one that's too snug.

Can I add more rings to my stack later? +

Absolutely! That's the beauty of stacking rings. Customers buy new rings years apart and they stack together perfectly. Many of our customers have been adding to their stacks for over 15 years.
